From President Obama's address to a joint session of Congress on September 9, 2009:
“I am directing my Secretary of Health and Human Services to move forward on this initiative (tort reform) today,”
That would be Secretary of Health and Human Services, Kathleen Sebelius, whose resume includes eight years as executive director and chief lobbyist for the Kansas Trial Lawyers Association!
The man takes us all for fools. Wake up America!

Just saying what you want to hear....the reality is generally something totally different. His speech as delivered was actually very good - just didn't mean any of it
