Judge Sotomayer is a "Latina". She's experienced. She's a liberal. She's an activist. The judge will be overwhelmingly confirmed by the Senate - for two reasons. 1. The Senate has a Democratic majority. 2. The Republicans are afraid of being politically incorrect (unlike the Democrats during Alberto Gonzalez' confirmation) by holding a "latina" accountable for her activist activities on the bench. There is nothing scarier for this country than having a Supreme Court Justice who thinks it 's perfectly all right to legislate from the bench. The Obamachine just keeps on rolling.

Yeah, all we're going to hear about is the "hard" life she led to get to this point. White males are the new minority and are unable to make a Constitutional based decision on cases that come before the court. I always said the way to get ahead in this world in to be a black, Hispanic woman. Speaking of which, Schwarzenegger was on The Tonight Show last night and gave his secrets to success. They are:
1. Come to this country
2. Work hard
3. Marry a Kennedy
