Tricked again!
Chavez and his operatives did a great job arranging photo ops at the expense of dissidents around the world looking to the US to provide support for deposing Chavez and his thugs. Obama's administration is so naive it's scary. No way should they have allowed Chavez such close access to Obama. The winner is Chavez. The loser (again) is Obama.

I guess that handshake makes it official-we are no longer the world's superpower-we are now at Chavez's mercy.
Obama doesn't think we're the world's super power. He thinks that would be "arrogant". He believes we should approach diplomacy on an equal footing, no matter who we're talking to.
