I'm fairly certain it was used in both Afghanistan and Iraq. Imagine that. Bolstering our defense AND creating jobs. What a novel concept. I haven't heard of anything like that since the Reagan years. I guess Obama (and McCain) figured jobs need to be reduced in the defense sector also. However, as long as the funding for the F-35 continues, I think it'll be OK.
